Technically this post is a little late... Logan turned three months old on October 8. However, since returning to work at the beginning of the month, I have had very little time for blogging!
Logan's next check up will be at 4 months, but we do not have to see a doctor to know our baby boy is growing fast! We estimate his weight to be approximately 19 pounds and his length at least 27 inches. He is one tall boy, and he is changing all the time.
Some of the new developments in Logan's life over the last three months include:
- Grabbing everything in sight- with his favorite items being his Mom's hair and jewelry, toys on his Baby Einstein playmat, and burp cloths
- "Talking" to anyone who will listen, and he is loud!
- Kicking his legs and moving his arms like it is his job
- Smiling a lot- especially when people look him in the eye
- Loving tummy time and working really hard to roll over (although he has not done it yet!)
- Preferring to sit up in your lap rather than be held like a "baby"
- Drooling like crazy, which his Mom thinks is a result of teeth soon to come
- Sleeping for seven straight hours most nights
Yay for still sleeping 7 hours straight on most nights! That's wonderful! I can't wait to see him again and all of the new things he is doing!
